Hello everyone! Being from Maine it is nice to see some snow on the ground ... of course it can be a real pain! Fortunately we own a very nice snow blower and have finally been able to put it to good use... in fact 7 of our neighbors are very happy that we had it - it's fun to see the look on people's faces when they wake up to their neighbor cleaning their driveway! 1. Interest rates are very low compared to the past. According to the National Association of Realtors the rates are as low as they have been in 40 years! 2.
